1. This eLearning Program is offered by Twin Flame Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as One Love Humanity, ABN: 70 600 646 222 (‘One Love Humanity’). Twin Flame Enterprises Pty Ltd is an Australian company incorporated in Queensland. The validity and interpretation of this Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.

2. All prices below are quoted in USD.

3. Payment in full or a deposit representing the first instalment of your Payment Plan must be paid to reserve your place in the eLearning Program. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Payment Plan.

a. If you have chosen the Payment Plan option, it is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient cleared funds in your nominated account to cover the anticipated debits on the debit dates.

b. You authorise One Love Humanity and our eCommerce partners to attempt to reprocess any unsuccessful payments. If your payment is declined, you agree to pay an additional USD $25 administration fee to One Love Humanity to set up an alternative payment source. You are also solely responsible for any transaction fees charged by your financial institution or incurred under the direct debit agreement you entered into with our eCommerce partners. These fees may be charged on each unsuccessful debit attempt. Please consult your agreement with the relevant organization for details.

c. You acknowledge and agree that if a debit cannot be processed and you fail to provide us with an alternative payment source, you are responsible for paying all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, incurred by One Love Humanity in taking steps to recover any amounts owed by you under our payment policies whether or not legal proceedings are issued for recovery of the monies.

5. Refunds: There are strictly no refunds, or transfer of funds to another product or service offered by One Love Humanity. If you cannot attend a live webinar, you will be given access to the video recording.

6. Communication: All important communications will be by email, so please make sure we have your best email address and are marked as a contact. That way you are more likely to see our messages. It is not our responsibility if you miss any important communications sent to the email address you provided.

7. Photos, videos & other media release: You agree that under no circumstances will you film or record any part of this eLearning Program.

8. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property shared with you during this eLearning Program remains the property of One Love Humanity. It is provided to you for your personal use in connection with the eLearning Program ONLY. This means that you must not discuss or disclose our confidential information to anyone not directly involved in this eLearning Program, and you must not share, copy, re-publish, edit, sell, market and promote any of this eLearning Program material in any way without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer: One Love Humanity and our team members are not qualified doctors, psychologists, or psychotherapists, and we will not be giving medical advice throughout this eLearning Program. The experience we provide is purely philosophical, for the practice of mindfulness, healing, forgiveness and to spread love on the planet. While you may experience spiritual, energetic and metaphysical healing, this is not a substitute for seeking appropriately qualified treatment for your medical and mental health needs.

There is a strong possibility that participants with a history of trauma, mental or physical issues could find some of our processes challenging. You must notify us as soon as possible if you have any concerns or difficulties arising during this eLearning Program.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive any specific benefit or achieve any particular result from your participation in this eLearning Program. Ultimately, the experience you have on this eLearning Program will depend on your individual commitment, personal factors and circumstances beyond our control.

10. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, release and absolve One Love Humanity and our team from all liability, in all reasonable respects. You waive any claims to compensation to the full extent unless permitted by law.

You understand and agree that your participation in every part of this this eLearning Program is undertaken of your own free will and desire to participate and you agree to accept full responsibility should anything happen to you, physically, mentally or emotionally under such circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability: You expressly agree that One Love Humanity’s total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind shall not exceed the amount that you paid for this eLearning Program.

12. By accepting this Agreement through ticking the Program Agreement Terms & Conditions box on the payment page, you confirm that I have read and accept the One Love Humanity eLearning $197 Program Agreement Terms & Conditions’, and I acknowledge that I am entering into a binding contract with One Love Humanity.
